Support did reply quickly and they were able to help with the issue, which I appreciated. That said, I was expecting at least a small apology for the hassle, but that never really happened.

I’ve been using it for a little while and so far it’s been okay. It does shed a little, so I’m careful when brushing or handling it because I don’t want to make it worse. The tangling hasn’t been too bad though, which is a relief. I’d say it’s decent as long as you’re gentle with it.

My order showed up on time, so no real complaints there. The tracking was okay, though it didn’t always feel super updated. Has anyone else had that same issue with tracking being a little behind?

I ordered my wig from Nadula after seeing a few people talk about it and checking the reviews first. the lace is really nice. It melted easily and didn’t look thick or obvious on my skin. I didn’t have to do a lot to get it to blend, which I loved. For the price, I’m happy with it, and I’d definitely order again.

"The hair itself looked really nice..."
The hair itself looked really nice, so I was happy with that part. But the wig construction? Could’ve been better. The cap felt a little bulky on my head, and the lace didn’t lay as flat as I was hoping. Not terrible. Just kind of average for me.

"I was expecting to have to deal with..."
I was expecting to have to deal with shedding or contact customer service again, and I’m just tired of all that with hair orders. But this hair surprised me. It’s still soft after months, and it barely sheds at all. Definitely lasted longer than I thought it would.

I ordered from Nadula and I’m really happy with the hair, it came feeling so soft right out the package with no weird smell or anything and the bundles looked full, I already washed it once and it still feels really nice, the shedding has been minimal too and the texture is pretty much exactly what I wanted so overall I’m glad I bought it and I’d definitely order again

I ordered from nadula and the hair showed up a little later than I thought it would. It wasn’t super slow or anything, but it definitely wasn’t fast either. The tracking didn’t really update on time too, so that part was a little annoying...

"Honestly, the return was a relief"
I was a little annoyed at first about having to return my wig, but the whole process ended up being way easier than I expected. The refund came through quickly, which put me in a much better mood, and the support team was kind about it too.

"Shockingly, the color was actually close"
The color was close to the pictures, which is always a fun little miracle when ordering online. It was just a tiny bit warmer in person, but not enough to make a big deal out of it.
